Cover Reveals: 12 Exciting 2012 Releases!

cover reveal 3 Comments 14th November, 2011

This is going up before Wednesday this week, but from now on after today this post will happen on Wednesdays. Boy, there were quite a few cover reveals during the short break I took. This post has a different format so that I can fit them all without eating up the whole page. Clicking on the covers will take you to their Goodreads page!

Cover release of the week:

The Selection by Kiera Cass
Release date: April 24, 2012
Publisher: Harper Teen

For thirty-five girls, the Selection is the chance of a lifetime. The opportunity to escape the life laid out for them since birth. To be swept up in a world of glittering gowns and priceless jewels. To live in the palace and compete for the heart of the gorgeous Prince Maxon.

But for America Singer, being Selected is a nightmare. It means turning her back on her secret love with Aspen, who is a caste below her. Leaving her home to enter a fierce competition for a crown she doesn’t want. Living in a palace that is constantly threatened by violent rebel attacks.

Then America meets Prince Maxon. Gradually, she starts to question all the plans she’s made for herself- and realizes that the life she’s always dreamed of may not compare to a future she never imagined.

Do you have a favorite cover from those shown? And which book are you most excited for? Personally, Gilt looks very interesting, and I’m definitely looking forward to Arise, Something Strange and Deadly, Fated, and The Selection.

I am in LOVE with The Selection cover. Someone else featured it on their cover goodies, and my eyes just zoomed in on it and forgot the rest. Also the synopsis is AMAZING so im adding it to my wishlish now =).

So many gorgeous covers in one post. I want to keep staring at these forever. While I’ve already added some to my tbr-list, I haven’t seen some of these before, so thank you for sharing this post with us. 🙂

I didn’t know that there was a sequel for Bumped. To be fair, I haven’t read it yet so I don’t know how it ends, but this is the first I’ve seen of Thumped.

I adore the cover of The Selection. I’m not usually a fan of pretty dress covers, but that one is beautiful.
